Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Thailand
H.E. Evgeny Tomikhin is a distinguished figure in international diplomacy, currently serving as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Thailand. He also holds the position of Permanent Representative to the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Bangkok.
With a diplomatic career spanning more than three decades, Mr. Tomikhin has represented Russian interests on various international platforms. Appointed as Ambassador to Thailand in 2018, he has combined his role as a diplomat with his responsibilities at the UN ESCAP, contributing to fostering international cooperation. Fluent in Chinese and English, he brings exceptional skills to engage effectively in complex diplomatic dialogues.
