Dinara Ipatova is a recognized expert in strategic marketing with over 20 years of experience. She ranks among the Top 100 Marketing Directors in Russia and has received the Russian Advertising Academy Award for Excellence in Marketing.

Dinara led a successful transformation of Greenfield, Russia’s largest tea brand, focusing on deep values. She also launched the farming startup “Molochnaya Kultura,” named by Forbes as the best new brand. She reshaped the “Dymov” brand by integrating the personal brand of its founder into all business areas.

Her work is focused on evolving product categories by embedding the founders’ meanings and adapting to socio-cultural shifts. Her international experience spans the USA, UK, and Australia. Since 2023, she has been based in Thailand.
